Across the United States, injured veterans are reclaiming their independence thanks to custom homes built with accessibility in mind. The national nonprofit Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) is leading that mission, designing and donating specially adapted housing for post-9/11 veterans who have sustained life-altering injuries. Each home is tailored to support daily mobility and restore autonomy, helping veterans rebuild their lives after military service.
In partnership with Scope Technologies, the two organizations align their shared values of service and commitment. Scope Technologies, a company devoted to providing tools and technologies to roofing contractors, sees this collaboration as one of the most meaningful in its history. “On behalf of everyone at Scope Technologies we are truly grateful for this opportunity to support HFOT and HFOT’s mission of ‘Building Homes and Rebuilding Lives,’” said Jerod Raisch, CEO of Scope Technologies.
The message is clear: no matter the donation size, the act of giving matters. Contributions to Homes For Our Troops underwrite the cost of homes that include wheelchair accessible showers, roll‑in garages, zero‑step entries and other modifications that empower veterans and their families to live independently. The campaign invites one‑time donations and encourages supporters to join the movement of gratitude in action.
In supporting the mission, we do more than fund construction: we honor service and provide a foundation for new chapters in life. With every home built and donated, a veteran gains more than shelter. They gain stability, dignity and a renewed sense of purpose. For the month of October, RoofScope will be donating 50 cents for every report ordered along with matching donations up to $50,000.
