Trinity Roofing is a fast-growing, Georgia-based roofing company with too many qualified leads and not enough closers. We’re expanding into Tennessee and we’re looking for experienced, hungry, self-motivated sales reps who want to grow with us — not just work for us.

💰 Commission Structure — One of the BEST in Georgia:

50/50 split on self-generated leads

10/50/50 split on company-generated leads (you close it, you get paid!)

Reps are making $150K–$200K+ per year

Build your own team under you and earn a percentage of their sales!

🌎 Territories:

Currently serving Georgia (Metro ATL & beyond)

Expanding into Tennessee (Nashville, Chattanooga, and surrounding areas)

Tons of work. No shortage of roofs.

✅ Requirements:

Roofing sales experience REQUIRED (storm restoration, retail, or insurance-based)

Ability to inspect roofs, meet with clients, and manage the sales process from A to Z

Self-driven, honest, and coachable

Looking to build a future, not just earn a check

Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, measurement apps, etc.)
