- Revenue and margin expectations: The report found that nearly seven in ten businesses expect growth in the new year, "yet one-third report EBITDA between 6% and 15%, highlighting the need for scale efficiency to combat cost pressures."
- Competitive levers: Professionals highlighted the importance of trust, reputation and exceptional customer service in closing deals, showing a shift away from price as a key competitive lever.
