Ok, I went from wearing regular street clothes and driving around in a plain white wrapper with a 24 ft. ladder hanging out the back to new company shirts, ladder rack with 3 ladders on top ( 32', 24' and 16' ) and magnetic signs for now ( 40 bucks ). I may have the truck lettered soon. I thought it turned out pretty well for a 14 yr old truck with 320,000 miles on it. What say you?

That's what she said!
Very nice truck wraps guys. My last truck was lettered to the hilt. This time around I just want something with a lower profile. I'm not really looking to get work from the truck, just trying to look a little more professional while I'm working on the jobs and running the leads I already have.
That's a pretty neat ladder Lefty! ;)

These are the only ladders I take into the house anymore. Fits under your arm. never bang corners or door jams. I have a 11'6" and a 15'6". Use them outside too. I only use them to get me up and down. Carrying thinks up and down use the regular ladder.
Just got a new truck and had it wrapped yesterday.
I used buildasign.com clover. You can go on there, use there tools, design what you want yourself and they send it to you in about a week. Use this promo code for 30% off plus free shipping. ( 2014MemorialAff ) If that don't work use this one for 15% off and free shipping. ( 1MAY15BASAFF ).
Funny you mentioned fasteners and the like. I have about a dozen medium sized coffee cans on the passenger side of my tool box with all manner of nails and screws in them, only ONE type in each can and working alone there's no one to, well "screw" it up. The other side is full of hammers, hatchets, screw drivers, nail bars, caulking guns, 25 lb. pale of hand nails, etc. and the back seat of the truck is always pulled straight up with drill, skill saw, extension cords, sawzall, jig saw, grinder, roll of gutter coil, case of geocel 2300, box of pipe collars, tear off shovels, etc. all organized as well as possible.
The little 16 ft. aluminum extension ladder came in real handy this morning. I had a small job on a historic home built in 1920 where the previous owner of the home had installed a replacement power fan motor up underneath a wind turbine and screwed it up to the underside of the decking. The only attic access was through a bedroom closet and up one of those old push up type hatches. The 24 ft. would of been too big to get through the guys house and too long. The wind turbine was one of those old rust bucket galvanized types and the fan was still working but every time the fan kicked on the turbine spun around at about 100 m.p.h. and it made a similar sound to an old ford motor knocking VERY loudly. The neighbors complained until he finally got it fixed. I took all that crap out, cut the hole larger to make it the proper size and installed a new power fan.
Now your ready to get some work done! I've always wondered what it's like to have a work truck with half way organized tools/fasteners that you can find all the time without cursing the pricks that get their booger fingers all over my stuff without putting it back.
On another note: Anybody know any good sites for yard signs? That's on my list to get done today and my local supplier hasn't felt like working much lately I suppose.
