Scott Hinesley, F-IIBEC, RRC, PE, chief growth officer at REI Engineers Inc, has been an active leader in the building enclosure industry and IIBEC for more than 25 years. His service to IIBEC includes roles as president, region director, and IIBEC Carolinas Chapter president. He currently serves as chair of the IIBEC Nominating Committee and is a member of the IIBEC Education Committee.
