Single-Ply PVC Membrane Systems

Over 60 years ago, the industry’s first reinforced PVC membrane sheet was created with one goal in mind: to become the longest-lasting, most resilient PVC roofing membrane in the industry. Liquid-Applied Resin Membrane Systems

Sika offers many liquid-applied roofing & waterproofing membrane solutions under the Sikalastic® and Hydrotech® brands to meet your project's specific needs. Sikalastic’s Liquid-Applied Membranes (LAM) have a 60+ year history of performance and come as either a one or two-component formulation. Sikalastic’s one-component cold-applied products are high solids polyurethane, high solids silicone, and type 1 acrylic technologies. Sikalastic’s two-component cold-applied products are polyurea hybrids with optional polyaspartic topcoats, and the two-component hot-applied product is pure polyurea.

Used as either a long-term roofing or waterproofing solution or to do an inexpensive coating to extend the life of the current system, Sikalastic liquid membranes create a seamless, watertight, elastomeric membrane that has proven to perform in some of the toughest climates. Liquid membranes conform to complicated details and penetrations with ease and little to no waste. Sikalastic products are an industry-leading liquid-applied solution when above and below-grade waterproofing applications demand the very best.

Hot Rubberized Asphalt Membrane Systems

Hydrotech's Monolithic Membrane 6125® is the original hot fluid-applied rubberized asphalt membrane, successfully used worldwide by leading architects, engineers, and owners for various horizontal and vertical structures. Modified Bitumen Membrane Systems

SikaFast®-3341

Extended open time, toughened, low to medium modulus, structural adhesive.

SikaFast®-3341 is an extended open time, flexibilized structural adhesive designed to substitute welding, riveting and other mechanical fastening. SikaFast®-3341 is suitable for high strength fastening of joints on different types of substrates including top coats, metals, and plastics with no or limited surface preparation.  This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed ensuring adhesion and material compatibility.

What is a Liquid Applied Roofing Membrane? Liquid Applied Roofing Membranes/Fluid Applied Roofing Membranes are monolithic, fully-bonded, fluid-based coatings that have the capability of being fully or locally reinforced in transitional areas on a roof.

These liquid applied membranes, also known as fluid-applied membranes, can be applied over various substrates such as concrete, brick, wood, mod-bit, TPO, PVC, EPDM and many other surfaces.

When these coatings cure, they form a rubber-like, elastomeric, seamless waterproofing membrane with no cracks, gaps or voids to allow the ingress of water. The superior conformability and customization of liquids allow for easy application of roofing systems to complicated details and penetrations with little to no waste.

Sikalastic®-500

Single Component, Ultra High Solids, Liquid Applied Silicone Roof Coating

Sikalastic®-500 is a versatile, low VOC, ultra high solids, single-component, liquid applied silicone roof coating. It provides superior UV resistance over a variety of roof substrates. The main features of Sikalastic®-500 are its high solids content, rapid cure and superior physical properties. Certified to meet CoolRoofRatingCouncil (CRRC) and EPA guidelines for ENERGY STAR® compliance.

• VOC Compliant:  < 50 g/l VOC maximum in California.
• UV resistant: Slows degradation caused by normal weathering, aging, and ultraviolet rays
