Dr. Dennis A. Davis, Ph.D., a nationally recognized expert in cultural diversity, will lead a discussion about conscious and unconscious bias and how they affect every individual in your company. We know what the law says and what company policy is, but how to translate policy statements and laws into everyday behaviors can be a different story. In other words—we each have blind spots, and change only comes through genuine thought realignment and evolution of feelings.
The training is highly interactive and features group activities. Dr. Davis combines personal evaluations with professional instruction, and questions and comments are welcome throughout the session.
