Restore and save with Ever-Crylic®

Learn about the sustainable and efficient restoration solution for built-up roofs.

For building owners looking for a cost effective and sustainable way to restore and extend the lifespan of a built-up roof, EVERROOF offers a variety of products to get the job done through their Ever-Crylic® line. Including five different products — a top coat, a base coat, a quick set coating, a roof flash mastic and the Ever-Crylic 1900 coating, these products create an elastomeric membrane that not only adheres to a variety of substrates, but when paired with the proper bleed block primer ceiling reinforcement, they create a roof that perfectly balances aesthetics with durability.

Ever-Crylic can easily be applied via squeegee or roller. This fast and simple application process results in far fewer disruptions to the building beneath the roof than the traditional and expensive option of a roof tear off. In addition to the technical benefits of using Ever-Crylic to restore a roof, there are a variety of environmental benefits. The first is the general lessened production of messy debris. By eliminating the need to tear off the original roof, Ever-Crylic minimizes the production of messy debris and means fewer materials that end up in landfills.

Beyond minimizing the mess created during the installation itself, coatings like Ever-Crylic have been proven to lessen the building’s negative environmental impact over the lifespan of the system. This is because coatings like Ever-Crylic are not just waterproofing systems, they are also UV reflective. By reflecting the sunlight more efficiently, less heat is absorbed into the building, meaning the heating and cooling systems in the building are needed less. This leads to a more energy efficient structure that is better for the environment and the owner’s pocket in the long run.

The Ever-Crylic line includes five different products — a top coat, a base coat, a quick set coating, a roof flash mastic and the Ever-Crylic 1900 coating.
