What pushed me into building these structured training programs was seeing the same problems repeat themselves at different companies... John shared a bit more about the contents of these courses, saying, “Everything we teach comes from real jobs, real mistakes and real successes. We avoid theory for theory’s sake and instead focus on how things actually happen and what’s actually going to keep you from making common mistakes like missing scope, labor overruns, change order complications and unaligned customer expectations.” 

The cherry on top of John’s trainings? They are accessible. He explained, “We made these online so you can learn at your own pace. And we all know in this industry that you're busy. And this is something you can do for a couple hours at night. You can do it on a weekend. You can do it on your lunch break because it can be done very easily.”
