Join Us June 1 for the DaVinci Roofscapes RLW

DaVinci RLW
May 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

By Lauren White, RCS Reporter.

With fire season quickly approaching, this RLW is worth tuning in for!

Roofers shared with RCS that they want to consume content the way they want and when they want, whether that’s reading blogs and e-books at night before bed, listening to podcasts in their car on the way to work, or watching videos with their morning coffee.  So RCS developed RLW, which stands for Read, Listen, Watch.  Now roofers can consume information whichever way is convenient for them.

Join in on Wednesday, June 1, 2020 at 11 a.m. PDT for the “watch” portion of the RLW with DaVinci Roofscapes.  During the webinar, Zach Stopoyro, the technical services manager for DaVinci Roofscapes, and AC Galeon, the southern California territory manager, will speak about Architectural Design Meets Wildfire Safety - Understanding Roofing Fire Testing.

As wildfires continue to increase in size and intensity, it is more important than ever to understand which roofing products will deter fire and to share that information with building owners.

This RLW will dive into the importance of product testing and help roofing contractors understand which testing is critical for product performance.  Are you curious about the difference between Class A, Class B and Class C fire classifications?  Zach and AC will explain how materials are tested and how they get their classifications.  Ever wondered what the difference is between product testing and system testing?  Zach and AC have the answer for you and so much more!

Information shared during this RLW is invaluable to roofing contractors.  The results of fire testing determine the roofing systems that can mean the difference between total loss of a building and saving the structure.  Additionally, having an understanding of the different product testings and classifications will help contractors in their sales processes with homeowners, since it shows they have a higher level of skill and knowledge than your competitors.

Participants will see the numerous options available for owners to obtain the architectural designs they desire while also protecting their homes and businesses from fire.  DaVinci Roofscapes develops and manufactures industry-leading polymer slate and shake roofing systems.  They provide the greatest selection of colors, tile thickness and tile width.  Their high-performing products are made in America, have a limited lifetime warranty and are 100% recyclable.

Join in to hear Zach and AC explain how products receive their fireproof ratings, learn more about the various tests roofing materials go through, and more.  With wildfire season approaching, this is an RLW you won’t want to miss!

Register for Architectural Design Meets Wildfire Safety - Understanding Roofing Fire Testing on June 1, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. PDT.
