Edmond is our AI estimating assistant for accessing roofing product, technical and safety information. It can retrieve manufacturer warranty requirements, product data sheets, safety data sheets and installation guides. Edmond also answers compliance questions in plain language. The assistant is available around the clock for estimators working outside standard business hours.

AI-assisted commercial roofing takeoffs

Our proprietary segment model uses computer vision to interpret roof geometry directly from uploaded plans and high-resolution aerial imagery. AI measures the roof components, while the estimator reviews and approves the measurements before they are included. The platform accepts PDF plans, CAD files, high-resolution aerial photography and satellite imagery. Most commercial takeoffs are measured in under two minutes, according to the website.

Custom roofing catalogs and pricing

Our catalog database allows contractors to maintain customized products, pricing and assemblies. Existing pricing data can be exported from another system as a CSV and imported into the platform. The importer maps columns automatically and flags discrepancies for review. Contractors can also start with preloaded manufacturer catalogs and add their negotiated pricing for job costing.
