GPStimate brings Human-in-the-Loop AI to commercial roof estimating and launches integration with Dataforma

GPStimate, an AI assisted estimating platform built for commercial roofing contractors, has launched its automated takeoff and compliance software.

Designed by veteran commercial estimators and roofing business owners, GPStimate replaces spreadsheets, measuring wheels and disconnected tools with AI assistance, aerial takeoffs and automated product documentation. In testing across roughly 100 projects, estimates that typically took more than two hours were completed in about half the time. In commercial roofing, one miscalculation or missed warranty requirement can wipe out a project's margin. GPStimate addresses that with a human-in-the-loop approach: the AI handles measurements and paperwork, and the estimator verifies and approves every number.
