When Hurricane Ian touched land in late September, roofing industry professionals were looking for resources on how to best handle the situation. Roofers from all over wanted to answer the call to action as is reflected in our top articles for the month of October. Nearly half of our top articles from the last month were related to the recent storm. Our number one article of last month was a great article on price gouging from RCS Influencer, Trent Cotney.
Another piece that made the top 5 list was our press release announcing the 2022 MetalCoffeeShop™(MCS) Metal Influencers. This article announced the nine influencers who will be contributing their knowledge and thoughts on the metal industry through monthly articles. You can read more on their thoughts by visiting MetalCoffeeShop, our sister site dedicated to all things metal!
Another popular article also came to us from Trent Cotney, where he discusses the recent news of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) potentially designating polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as hazardous waste when discarded. In this important piece, he discusses the specifics of this recently granted petition and what that means for the roofing industry.
Honorable Mention (#6-#10):
