By Cass Jacoby, RCS Reporter.

Python FlexFit™ 3-in-1 Ridge Vent will let your roof breathe no matter how steep the slope.

Ventilation is crucial to a properly working roof system. Attics need to breathe in order to remain cool and dry; without adequate ventilation heat and moisture can build to a point where it can damage shingles or lead to truss and structure issues. Luckily, MARCO Industries has the perfect ridge vent solution for steep-sloped roofs.

An asset for any shingled roof, the Python FlexFit  3-in-1 Ridge Vent helps attics breathe, extending shingle and roof deck life, preventing mold and mildew, reducing utility costs and eliminating damaging ice dams in winter months.

As one of the most innovative ridge vents on the market, the Python FlexFit 3-in-1 Ridge Vent is field-adjustable, converting from 12" to 10" or 9" ridge vent by simply scoring the groove on the top of the vent. This means the ridge vent can provide a fit for any pitch, making it an all-in-one product that is easy to install on a variety of roofs.

Designed with built-in self-closing end caps and self-aligning male/female connectors, the Python Weather-Tite FlexFit 3-in-1 Ridge Vent is easy to install. Each piece includes a 30-count bag of 3" roofing nails for installation. Watch the installation video to see for yourself how you can install this ridge vent in seven steps using only a hammer.

Made from no-break polypropylene, this ridge vent promises it won’t rust or dent. Different from traditional fiberglass air conditioning-type vent filters, this ridge vent works to let the air in while keeping unwanted elements like insects and dust out. The vent features a non-woven, no clog, non-wicking modified polyester weather barrier providing a superior Net Free Venting Area while blocking out moisture and snow.
