Professional Design Services Available in TremLock® Visualizer

Whether you choose to do it yourself or use the help of a professional designer, this visualizer can change your metal roof-and-wall game.

For roofing contractors working with building owners, it can be really hard to imagine what a roof or wall style or color will look like on a building. Samples can help but usually that’s not enough to help your customer have a vision of what their finished roof or walls will look like.  When a building owner or property manager is investing in a metal roofing system, or a façade update, they want to be certain that their investment is going to add to the appearance of the building as well as providing superior protection.

That’s why Tremco Roofing & Building Maintenance created the TremLock Visualizer. The tool uses a photo of the building to let the building owner ‘see’ what their façade or finished metal roof will look like on the building. (The site features built-in collaboration with Dryvit wall restoration panels and will continue to add integrations.) While it’s an easy-to-use tool, not everyone is confident loading a photo and working with the platform. In those cases, contractors can take advantage of Tremco’s professional design services. For just $50, design professionals will prepare the photo for use in the platform.

Once the photo of the building is uploaded, contractors will find a variety of tools that will allow them to prepare the image and then access the vast library of product and colors to start visualizing different looks for the building.  The TremLock Visualizer also offers a sample project gallery that can be used to browse different styles and projects, which can be a very helpful tool when deciding on design and style.
