New contractor portal streamlines roofing business operations

The new Pro Portal brings quoting, project tracking, technical resources and contractor training into one centralized platform. 

Enviroshake® has launched its Pro Portal, giving roofing contractors a single place to manage projects, prepare quotes, access technical information and complete factory training. Designed around contractors’ day-to-day work, the portal brings business, sales and technical tools into one dashboard. Factory Trained Contractors receive immediate access to all features, while other contractors can create an account, complete the Factory Training webinar and pass the test within the portal to unlock the full platform. 

Among the portal’s core features are quoting and project tracking tools that allow contractors to generate quotes, follow jobs through the pipeline and review historical data on won and lost projects. Eligible contractors can also receive pre-screened leads in their area directly through the Pro Portal. 

The platform also gives contractors tools to support homeowners during the sales process. Contractors can use the built-in Roof Visualizer to show homeowners a photo of their own home in Enviroshake or Enviroslate colors before they commit and order aerial roof reports for accurate measurements. When homeowners want to see and feel the product, contractors can request samples directly through the portal. 

Technical support is built into the platform through Pro Assist, an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot trained on Enviroshake’s official technical documents. Contractors can use it to find answers to product questions in the field, while contact information for their dedicated Enviroshake sales representative is also available through the portal. 

A resource library provides product photography, marketing materials and current technical documents. Contractors can also use cost comparison calculators to demonstrate the long-term value of Enviroshake compared with cedar and asphalt roofing. 

Once a job is complete, contractors can register the product warranty through the portal, extending the platform’s usefulness from the initial quote through project completion. Available across devices and designed for mobile use, the Pro Portal brings essential resources together whether contractors are in the office or on a job site.
