John DeRosa of SRS Offers Advice on Sales Tips to Keep Your Business Moving

SRS commits to ongoing education to deal with the coronavirus with multiple webinars.

As the coronavirus continues to impact communities, SRS Distribution’s highest priority is the safety of   their employees, customers and communities they serve. John DeRosa, Director of Training and Customer Experience has stepped up to help educate roofing contractors with a number of webinars starting with Sales Tips to Keep Your Business Moving. 

A recent guest on Roofing Road Trips with Heidi, DeRosa is well known for his experience and knowledge around roofing sales and marketing.  He has a wealth of experience in the contractor training space. Prior to joining SRS, John worked for one of SRS’ manufacturer partners IKO, where for almost 9 years he assisted customers in improving their businesses.

In the video he poses the question, “We work in a people industry – built on strong, personal relationships, but you may be asking yourself, how do we develop the level of trust we need from the prospect when we’re all being asked to maintain a safe distance?” 

In this SRS video, DeRosa offers recommendations on how contractors can set themselves up for success during this unprecedented time. He urges roofing professionals to maintain safety by embracing technology to stay in touch with customers. Additionally, SRS has currently scheduled webinars to further explore these opportunities and answer specific questions.
