Job-site protection becomes a business advantage

Job-site protection becomes a business advantage
October 9, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

By Jesse Sanchez.

One contractor’s experience shows how a consistent approach to property protection can improve cleanup while helping roofing companies stand out.

For Rhino Restoration of Georgia, job-site protection is not an optional upgrade. The roofing contractor includes The Catch-All system in the price of every roof replacement it quotes, making property protection part of its standard process rather than an add-on for homeowners. The company adopted The Catch-All in early 2023 after years of roofing homes across Metro Atlanta. Since then, crews have used the system on hundreds of roof replacements, installing nets around homes to capture debris and protect landscaping, windows, siding and air-conditioning units. The approach allows the company to prioritize property protection without requiring homeowners to choose between protecting their landscaping and saving money.

The system has also changed how crews handle cleanup. By capturing shingles, nails and other tear-off debris before they reach the ground, the nets reduce the amount of material crews must collect from lawns and flower beds. Instead of spending as much time raking yards and retrieving scattered debris, workers can empty the nets, pack the system into transportable bags and move on from the property more efficiently. Beyond protection and cleanup, Rhino Restoration discovered another benefit: visibility. The company completed more than 80 roofs in the same neighborhood with The Catch-All installed on every project, drawing attention from people passing the active job sites. The distinctive setup became a visible demonstration of how the contractor approaches its work.

That visibility has also carried into conversations with prospective customers. Rhino Restoration reported that homeowners have noticed the appearance of its protected job sites and that multiple customers attributed their decision to hire the contractor to seeing The Catch-All in use.

For the company, the experience demonstrates how a job-site practice designed around property protection can extend beyond debris management. A cleaner, more visibly protected project can support crews while showing homeowners and neighbors how a contractor approaches the entire roofing process.
