IRE 2026: Events you can’t miss!

Make sure your IRE itinerary includes these six events to ensure an experience you won’t soon forget. 

The International Roofing Expo (IRE) 2026 is almost here! From January 19-22, 2026, roofing contractors from around the world will meet at the Las Vegas Convention Center to take in four days of learning, connection and fun. We’ve compiled six events you won't want to miss to make the most of your IRE experience.  

1 - NRCA ROOFPAC fundraising reception 

• When: Monday, January 19, 2026, 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
• Where: Zouk Nightclub 
• Admission: $250 (per adult); $350 (per couple) 
• Registration: Spots are limited! Email Teri Dorn, NRCA’s director of political affairs, to reserve your spot. 
• What to expect: This special NRCA evening includes a cocktail reception where members will enjoy a full bar, delicious food, and a live auction where you can bid on trips, artwork and more! All proceeds will support ROOFPAC, the only political action committee dedicated to advancing the roofing industry in Washington, D.C. 

2 - 17th annual Community Service Day 

• When: Monday, January 19, 2026, 7:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. 
• Sponsored by: Sika, for the 17th year in a row! 
• Registration: Sign up to volunteer when you register to attend IRE. Your volunteer registration fee of $35 includes transportation, breakfast, lunch and beverages. 
• What to expect: Each year, IRE partners with Rebuilding Together to make critical home repairs for those in need. Enjoy a day of giving back by donating your time to repair homes for low-income Las Vegas residents.  

3 - Welcome party 

• When: Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
• What to expect: Officially get the IRE party started! Connect with your fellow attendees during an evening of networking, drinks, appetizers and fun.  

4 - EmpowerAll reception 

• When: Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
• Where: Room W238 
• Sponsored by: NRCA 
• What to expect: Celebrate unity in the roofing industry by connecting with leaders, peers and advocates who share a passion for a diverse and professional roofing community. Engage in conversations, share experiences and discover initiatives driving positive change within the industry. 

5 - Tomorrow’s roofing leaders compete today: The Roofing Alliance Construction Management Student Competition 

• When: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 
• Where: Rooms W211-W212 
• Sponsored by: NRCA 
• Admission: Free (breakfast included) 
• What to expect: Support the future of the industry by attending this signature event that challenges students to demonstrate their roofing knowledge, master project planning and excel under pressure. The Cannery Casino and Hotel is the project for this year’s competition. Winning teams will be announced at NRCA’s Industry Awards and Reception. 

6 - NRCA Awards Ceremony & Cocktail Reception 

• When: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
• Registration: Sign up for this event when you register for IRE. 
• What to expect: Join NRCA as they celebrate and formally acknowledge their esteemed winners from the roofing and exteriors industry. This evening will include complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
