Big News: Centerpoint Connect and PRIN Join Forces to Unlock National Roofing Opportunities

Big News: Centerpoint Connect and PRIN Join Forces to Unlock National Roofing Opportunities
August 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.

By Jesse Sanchez.

The Centerpoint Connect and Pegnato Roof Intelligence Network integration gives contractors access to national account work while helping reduce administrative demands.

Commercial roofing contractors often spend significant time pursuing leads, preparing bids and managing customer relationships before work begins. A new connection between Centerpoint Connect and the Pegnato Roof Intelligence Network (PRIN) is designed to simplify that process by linking contractors with national account opportunities through systems they already use.

PRIN operates a nationwide network of vetted roofing contractors serving commercial real estate portfolios. Through the network, property owners and facility managers can connect with qualified local contractors for inspections, maintenance, repairs and larger roofing projects. Contractors, in turn, can gain exposure to commercial work they may not have otherwise received.

The integration allows PRIN-generated work to be received and managed directly within Centerpoint Connect. Rather than introducing another software platform or requiring teams to overhaul established procedures, the connection is intended to help contractors maintain familiar workflows while expanding their access to new projects.

That approach can be especially valuable for companies concerned about the disruption that often accompanies new technology. Training employees, learning additional systems and managing information across multiple platforms can create operational strain. By keeping project activity within Centerpoint Connect, contractors can spend less time navigating administrative processes and more time completing roofing work.

The partnership also addresses invoicing and payment responsibilities. According to Centerpoint Connect, PRIN manages customer invoicing and contractor payments, reducing the time contractors spend on billing and collections. For growing roofing companies, that support can free internal employees to focus on project delivery, customer service and other business priorities.

Together, Centerpoint Connect’s roofing management platform and PRIN’s national account network offer contractors a technology-driven path to additional commercial opportunities. The integration is designed to increase project access, simplify management workflows and reduce operational friction without adding unnecessary complexity.
