To address this challenge, FlashCo developed the FlashCap, a two-part plumbing vent pipe flashing system designed to provide a faster, cleaner and more reliable termination than traditional methods. 

Developed in collaboration with major roofing system manufacturers, the system pairs a reinforced TPO or PVC flashing with a molded cap to create a durable, watertight seal while delivering a consistent, professional appearance at vent pipe penetrations. With prefabricated components designed to reduce installation time and compatible sizing for common plumbing pipes, FlashCap is built to help contractors complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. 

FlashCap Plumbing Vent Pipe Flashings are available in four standard sizes to fit the following nominal pipe sizes: 1.5”, 2”, 3” and 4”. The actual inside diameter of each flashing is larger than the title indicates, accommodating plumbing pipes with different wall thicknesses. Each FlashCap is molded using 60 mil white TPO or PVC, while the accompanying flashings can be fabricated from multiple colors if 60 mil reinforced TPO or PVC.
