Ellsworth sits down with Wayne Sorensen, president of Top Line Roofing and the membership chairman for the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), to talk about his roofing career and the important part WSRCA has played in it.  For roofing contractors who embrace working with and giving back through roofing associations, membership is something that they credit for ongoing success.  Wayne and Heidi talk about the creation of community, career and ownership support and the friends that are made for a lifetime through association membership and involvement.
