Heidi J. Ellsworth road trips south and east to meet up with women in Construction, Danielle Pack with USG and Dawn Holsinger of The Delta Group. These women are leaders in their respective companies and the roofing industry overall. They have been highly supportive and involved in organizations like National Women in Roofing (NWIR). They share their insights on the growth of women in roofing and the construction industry and how we can continue to encourage more women to make construction and roofing a career of choice.
