Heidi J. Ellsworth, RCS Partner visits with the President of ATAS International, Inc., Dick Bus. With an amazing career in roofing, Dick is well known not only for his involvement in the industry (NRCA Director, President of Metal Roofing Alliance and former president of Metal Construction Association) but also for his commitment to helping the next generation get into roofing and manufacturing. He has been instrumental supporting and building Let's Build Construction Camp for Girls and inviting local community youth to tour their plants during the celebration of Manufacturing Day every year. Heidi and Dick will talk about how roofing companies can get more involved with the next generation helping to build a strong future for the roofing and manufacturing segments.
