Michelle Boykin is an integral part of Rackley Roofing, a leading commercial roofing contractor in Tennessee.  She joined the company in 2010 and has been instrumental in their exponential growth.  Heidi J. Ellsworth will visit with her in this Roofing Road Trips with Heidi Podcast about that incredible growth and what it takes as COO to keep it sustainable along with her involvement with National Women in Roofing where she is currently serving on the Executive Committee as Treasurer.  They will also talk technology in roofing covering Rackley Roofing’s involvement with Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3) and their spectacular win as the 2019 Innovator of the Year.
