Heidi J. Ellsworth meets up with Ro Lewis to talk about the Tremco Global Safety Week. With a strong commitment to “Lead with Safety,” Tremco is passionate about celebrating their safety culture. Ro recaps the Tremco Global Safety Week that took place in the first week of June 2023. During the week Tremco and WTI employees learned about various safety-related topics, reviewed workplace safety policies, and created team camaraderie within their regional/business units. The goal was to focus on their comprehensive safety culture and celebrate employees' daily safety performance.
