Heidi J. Ellsworth visits with Sherri Miles of Miles Roofing Inc. about her ongoing work with Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. As a National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) board member, Sherri has been working on CTE initiatives for years. Active with her state association, Virginia Association of Roofing Professionals (VARP) she is working with local vocational schools to build a state-level Skills USA team that will participate for the first time on the national level in 2023.
