Ellsworth Road Trips southeast to meet up with Beacon Female Roofer of the Year Winner, Michelle Ly.  As one of the founders of Hall Roofing and Construction, Michelle continually provides guidance in all areas of the business including field sales, operations, production, HR, customer service, marketing, estimate writing and more.  With an impressive background as a catastrophe licensed adjuster, she was Xactimate certified and steep and high certified.  Today at Hall Roofing she still inspects every roof. Heidi and Michelle talk about what this award means to her and what and who she credits for her success.
