Joel Shealey and David Allen - A Change in Leadership

S3:E26

Heidi Ellsworth has the pleasure of visiting with old and new friends as Roofing Road Trips meets up with the leadership of BITEC, Joel Shealey, VP of operations and David Allen, president. The three talk about the history of BITEC as it celebrates 34 years of business and the strong family ties that live within the company. Now chairman of the board, they talk about Bruce Shealey’s leadership and the transition in leadership at the company. With BITEC for almost two years, Joel talks about the family connection of working with his father, Bruce, and long-term mentor David Allen. As the company prepares for changes in leadership, they share the innovations of BITEC along with the people that have shaped the company for over 34 years and now into the future.
