With no coastal restrictions on a 45-year finish warranty and 25-year substrate color match warranty, the metal roof installed also offered mildew resistant dynamic metals. The Dynamic Metals Class 1500 1.5” mechanical standing seam roof had full wall flashing replacement and custom crickets with flat stock panels and performance for wind speeds up to 246 mph.
