Iso gets adhered all the time. Although not that often to metal decks, particularly on high rise buildings where wind zone requirements often necessitate mechanical fastening, it is still done, and usually done to eliminate the heat sink created>>>
You can yes, thats the fully adheared method. Personally I like mech fastened better. However, my question is the ISO to the metal decking.>>>

I have done a flece back Sarnafill we had to prime coat the iso let it dry then glue and put the sheet in wet. I wood also like to see a 3500 sq 8 story building.:unsure:>>>
