Believing there was a need for another qualified roofing and sheet metal contractor in the central Florida area, Don Springer and Brooke Peterson combined their knowledge and experience to form Springer-Peterson Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. On January 4, 1982, Springer-Peterson opened their doors for business. Shortly before the completion of their third year, property located at 4410 Maine Avenue was acquired and construction began on structures to house the offices, roofing and sheet metal shops and a warehouse. On November 30, 1984, these new facilities were occupied. The following year, Mr. Peterson left the company and Rob Springer joined the company as vice president and owner that same year. Together, Don and Rob have established a reputable company with over two decades of experience in the roofing industry.
