GacoBase U95
GacoBase U95 is a two-component urethane maintenance base coat designed to streamline roof restoration across a variety of substrates—helping you restore more roofs, with lower labor and material costs, without compromising on performance. GacoBase forms a tough, durable film that protects foam substrates and prevents oil migration on asphalt roofs—without the need for bleed-blocking primers. It’s ideal for extending the life of aged asphaltic, single-ply, BUR and previously coated roof systems. Made with renewable castor oil, GacoBase provides a sustainable, bio-based alternative to traditional roofing materials, reducing dependency on petroleum products and supporting eco-friendly building practices. Silicone Roofing Solutions

Urethane Coatings

Plural component systems offer enhancements in physical properties and adhesion. And when an aromatic base coat is combined with an aliphatic top coat, a urethane roof coating like UA60 will retain its reflectivity longer.
Acrylic Coatings
Acrylic coatings hold the largest segment of the commercial roof coatings market. They’re a great way to add life to a roof while also transitioning it to a reflective surface that helps you save on cooling costs. That’s because acrylic coatings are highly reflective.
Acrylics are most popular in high heat, low humidity environments where ponding water is not a concern. And since acrylic coatings are water-based, they’re easy to apply and clean up — the definition of user-friendly. There’s no component mixing and clean up can be completed with soap and water. Expect quality aesthetics through the coating’s life and a hard-to-beat price point for the performance.
