Alison L. LaValley, CAE, is executive director of the Roofing Alliance, vice president of strategic partnerships for the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and a key leader with the Center for Roofing Innovation and Leadership. With more than 37 years of association management experience, Alison is known for driving impact through collaboration, innovation and thoughtful leadership.
At the Roofing Alliance, she oversees the organization’s vision and operations — managing its philanthropic initiatives, research funding, scholarship programs and national partnerships with higher education institutions, including the development of future roofing professionals through student competitions and university outreach. In her role at NRCA, Alison leads strategic partnership efforts, cultivating relationships with industry stakeholders and forging alliances that strengthen NRCA’s reach and effectiveness. As part of the Center for Roofing Innovation and Leadership, Alison focuses on advancing industry leadership through education and workforce development initiatives.
Her work helps shape the future of roofing by encouraging innovation, supporting leadership pipelines and driving excellence throughout the industry.
