Veteran Gets Brand-new Exterior Home Makeover

The Third Estimate has teamed up with top manufacturers and suppliers to provide a free complete exterior home makeover for a veteran. 

The Third Estimate and The Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism (NEOPAT) are proud to partner to give a local veteran a complete home exterior makeover. The company teamed up with some of the most trusted names in contracting including Owens Corning, Vytex and ABC to complete the job. 

In addition to getting a brand-new and fitted roof, the veteran will also receive new siding, windows and a gutter system — all for no cost. The Third Estimate is aligning themselves with NEOPAT's unwavering dedication to assisting and serving our community's military personnel and their loved ones, aiming to usher in the arrival of Spring 2023 by expressing their gratitude and appreciation for those who make the greatest sacrifices. NEOPAT is a non-profit that is “dedicated to promoting patriotism and remembering those we have lost fighting for our freedoms. They have made the promise to do whatever it takes to support and serve our local military members and families and to remember those who have gone before us.” 

Tara Colopy, CEO of The Third Estimate, was thrilled to take on the project, telling sources, “Gifting an exterior home makeover to a hero is an incredible opportunity for The Third Estimate to show our gratitude for their service and sacrifice to this amazing country. We are proud to have the opportunity to partner with NEOPAT and to gift a beautiful exterior home makeover to someone so deserving as a veteran of the United States Military.” 

NEOPAT’s executive director, Rick DeChant was also grateful for The Third Estimate’s charitable act, saying, “This project aligns perfectly with our mission to ‘Keep the Promise’ to support our local veterans, active-duty military and their families. It also strengthens our commitment to ensure they are thanked for their service.”  

To be eligible for this giveaway, you must: 1. Be a Veteran (currently serving or have served), 2. Be over 18 years of age, and 3. Own your home (not renting). The lucky winner will receive a new roof, windows, siding, and gutter system for FREE.
