Tiago Rogerio is an inside sales representative at Allied Building Products in New Jersey. Recently he had the opportunity to accompany a customer out into the field to investigate a recurring roof leak.  The homeowner had someone out the week before and the contractor told her the leak was repaired. Fast forward to the next rainstorm and the homeowner found that wasn’t the case.

She called Rogerio’s customer to investigate the recurring leak. When they went together to investigate the leak, they found that the last contractor must not have had any of Wil-Mar Products Pipe Collars on hand to perform the job properly. The ‘repair’ likely only had a service life of a day at most!
