Take control of your metal success with MetalVue

In a recent Lunch & Learn conversation, Karen Edwards sat down with a panel of experts from Sherwin-Williams to discuss the benefits of the MetalVue program. Junny Lee, marketing segment manager; Brendan McGinnis, OEM program manager; and Brandon Miller, co-founder of Uplevel Digital Marketing, each sharing personal insights into the importance of smart tools and platforms, like MetalVue, and how they are changing the game for metal professionals across the country.  

MetalVue is an interactive program designed to help metal contractors work with manufacturers to take control of their success and sell more, faster. With various resources and tools at their disposal, users can find the right materials and knowledge they need to amplify their marketing and sales efforts with ease. In this Lunch & Learn, the experts walk participants through the user-friendly program portal and how to access various features, like the Roofing Passport ™.  

Brendan shared, “We've put together a set of tools that, essentially, allows users to reach into this ‘toolbox’ and pull out whatever it is they may need to help grow business in the metal roofing space.” Roofing Passport is one such major tool that’s valuable for users, allowing them to get same-day material takeoffs for a metal roof. Junny emphasized that the program helps users be able to work as fast and efficiently, or even more so, as competitors offering other materials.  

In addition to Roofing Passport, MetalVue participants can access the Contractor Portal, a creative software for creating marketing and ad designs. Brandon shared a quick demonstration of what the portal looks like and how to navigate it as an active user. He explained, “When we have a contractor onboarded, we have a profile set up for them in the back end, so that way if a homeowner does fill out a project request form, we're able to send that lead directly to the contractor within that market instantaneously, and then also be able to push that directly into their CRM.” 

This is one avenue to where contractors are able to start getting leads out of the gate, and then also being able to stand up additional campaigns.
