SRS Distribution announces expansion in Colorado and Texas with the acquisition of Specialty Wood Products, Inc.

SWP has established itself as one of the premier providers of custom wood solutions for homebuilders and professional contractors.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Specialty Wood Products, Inc. (“SWP” or the “Company”), a distributor of premium decking, siding, heavy timber products and other architectural-grade building materials. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, SWP is run today by Josh DeGuire (president). The Company operates a second location in Kyle, Texas, and employs a team of 35 people. Josh will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
