Seeing Is Believing: Why We Trust Demos Above All Else

A lot can get lost in translation. Trying to explain how something works via text, email, or even phone call can get messy. Don’t get us wrong, we love connecting with potential and current customers in any way we can, but sometimes it can feel a bit like running tech support for your grandmother trying to explain everything we do over the phone. That’s why we love doing demos for potential customers. Demos are far and away the best way to show just how much CompanyCam can do. Demos allow us to walk users through the app experience, showcasing each feature, and answer questions as they arise. Every member of our Customer Success team is an absolute rockstar and they love talking with potential customers and showing them all the ins and outs of the product. Sometimes it can be hard to fully understand how something is going to work for you and your business from YouTube videos and App store reviews alone, so seeing it in action can help open your eyes to all the magical possibilities. A little cheesy, but very true.
