ProBrick earns spot among 2026 remodelers’ top products
October 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.

By Jesse Sanchez.

The composite brick product was named among Qualified Remodeler’s 2026 Remodelers Choice 100 based on reader engagement.

Tando Composites announced that TandoStone® ProBrick®, its composite brick product, has been selected for Qualified Remodeler’s 2026 Remodelers Choice 100. The annual product showcase highlights the 100 most-viewed products on the magazine’s website from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, with products spanning kitchen and bath, exterior and outdoor living and other remodeling categories.

Reflecting on the recognition, Ralph Bruno, CEO of Derby Building Products, parent company of Tando Composites, said, “ProBrick is the latest of our game-changing composite products to be recognized by Qualified Remodeler.” Pointing to the company’s history with the publication, the recognition continues a pattern of previous honors for products in the company’s composite cladding portfolio. Ralph added, “It builds upon the history of our composite shingle, Beach House Shake® and our composite stone, TandoStone®, recognized in prior years.”

Discussing ProBrick’s place in that portfolio, Ralph explained, “We have defined composite brick as an exciting new product for Tando Composites and are pleased that remodelers recognize how advanced composite technology can positively impact their projects.” According to the company, ProBrick is designed to help address labor and affordability challenges through an efficient installation process that does not require specialized labor. The lightweight composite brick can be installed by siding professionals using traditional tools without masons, mortar, or scaffolding.

ProBrick is intended for mixed-material homes and commercial structures and can be installed in a range of weather conditions. The product features a Kynar® coating for color retention and is available in Madeira, a classic red, and Racinette, a deep brown. Together, its installation approach, material design, and recognition in the 2026 Remodelers Choice 100 highlight the product’s growing presence within the remodeling market.
