New Tech Machinery unveils latest updates to its SSQ II™ MultiPro

New Tech Latest Updates
March 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.

By Anna Lockhart.

In an effort to better the equipment based on customer feedback, the brand has created a more efficient and safer version for customers to enjoy!

New Tech Machinery (NTM) has recently enhanced its SSQ II™ MultiPro Roof and Wall Panel Machines by adding painted covers and sensors. These additions showcase New Tech Machinery's dedication to customer satisfaction and adapting to industry trends.

The painted covers address concerns about sun glare by replacing non-coated aluminum covers with powder-coated ones. This change not only reduces glare but also improves maintenance with easier cleaning and a sleek appearance. The machinery’s lightweight aluminum construction remains rust-resistant and facilitates easier removal for service or maintenance.

Another change New Tech Machinery has made to the machinery is the integration of LED indicators into the cover sensors for enhanced safety. These indicators help operators identify unsecured panels quickly, ensuring proper alignment before operation. If panels are not correctly in place, the machine will not operate in automatic mode, preventing potential hazards.

The SSQ II MultiPro Roof and Wall Panel Machine is New Tech Machinery's flagship model, offering 16 different profile options and various customization possibilities. It features polyurethane drive rollers, hydraulic drive and shear, UL-rated panels and a power interruption safety circuit. With a versatile design and high-speed capabilities, the SSQ II is favored by contractors for its reliability and performance in both in-plant and field settings.

For those interested in the SSQ II or seeking a quote, New Tech Machinery encourages reaching out to their account managers for further assistance.
