MFM Building Products announces new expansion project

MFM Building Products breaks ground on expansion project.

MFM Building Products, a manufacturer of a full envelope of waterproofing and weather barrier products for the building industry, broke ground on a new warehouse expansion project on August 8, which will lead to further expansion in 2025.

The 33,000 square foot expansion is being constructed at the company’s Brewer Lane warehouse, also located in Coshocton. The new building will adjoin the existing facility that currently houses MFM finished goods. The new space will provide the needed inventory space for raw materials as the company continues to grow. The expansion will also free up space in the company’s manufacturing facility for the addition of several new production lines in Q3 of 2025.

The 11-acre Brewer Lane site is located 2.5 miles from the main Corporate Campus and manufacturing operation. The site can also accommodate future expansion projects for years to come.

According to Tony Reis, President, “The new warehouse space is essential for the continued growth of MFM in maintaining an ample supply of raw materials to meet our customer’s needs, as well as provide us with the needed space for the new production lines coming next year.
