Levello Construction is the June R-Club Roofer of the Month!

We got the chance to speak with Lee Lipniskis, owner of Levello Construction, about this amazing woman-owned construction company. 

Although Levello Construction has only been operating for a year, this general contracting company is making waves in the construction industry. This woman-owned business offers many residential exterior services to the Denver metro area, and they take pride in how they utilize the latest technology. We recently named them our June R-Club Roofer of the Month and spoke with Owner Lee Lipniskis in a recent podcast. 

Lee tells us Levello Construction offers four main types of services: roofing, gutters, siding and paint. They largely specialize in residential asphalt roofing, but Lee says that she is looking to expand her specialties. 

“I'm kind of broadening my horizons and incorporating some more siding,” she says. “I've been doing a few LP SmartSide jobs, which I really, really love. And then painting too, which is a lot more fun than I thought it was going to be.” 

The company celebrates the fact that they are woman-owned, a rarity in this male-dominated industry. Lee says that this plays a large role in how they talk to their customers and that they, too, give them praise for it. 

Levello Construction also takes pride in their customer service. They guarantee all their customers that they offer production at a higher level. Lee states that this means they go above and beyond for all their clients. 

“Some people think a roof is a roof and they do this every day, but for a client, this is normally the biggest project that they have,” she says. “We really cater our system and our process to homeowners and provide what we call a concierge customer service aspect, which incorporates production at a higher level.”
