GAF bringing 'Latinos in Roofing' Expo to Atlanta to help contractors from across the region grow their businesses

The event aims to help roofing contractors and installers grow and level up their businesses by providing educational training, resources and networking opportunities.

What

GAF, North America’s largest roofing and waterproofing manufacturer, is bringing its nationally recognized Latinos in Roofing Summit & Expo to the greater Atlanta area. The event aims to help roofing contractors and installers grow and level up their businesses by providing educational training, resources and networking opportunities.

It is estimated there are 1,740 roofers in Georgia and with demands for new housing continuing to rise there is a need to ensure the industry is supported and growing to meet demand. According to the Latinx Alliance of Georgia there are an estimated 91,000 Latino-owned businesses across Georgia, including roofers. GAF’s Latinos in Roofing Summit & Expo will provide essential education on technical and business topics that consider challenges to growing their business and mitigating barriers to their professional and financial success.

The event will provide insightful sessions and workshops in both English and Spanish covering:

• Essential roofing and business topics such as in-home selling, storm restoration, commercial roofing, insurance and finances. 
• Demonstrations and insights from industry experts showcasing innovations in roofing products, along with their various applications and use cases.
• Key strategies to compete directly in the job market.
• How GAF's partnerships can provide solutions for managing and strengthening their businesses. 
• A reception the night before the event that will encourage networking with other contractors and provide the opportunity for them to foster valuable professional relationships.
