For those working ( or trying to work) in Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC we all need to give Xactimate a call. These cities are literally 20mins apart and the price differences are crazy. Rock Hill SC/vs/Charlotte NC 25yr/felt - 160.72/187.45, 30yr/felt - 174.95/203.55, 5" Gutter - 3.93/4.29, 6" - 6.61/6.92. Give them a call @ 1-800-424-9228, press 0 and tell the operator you want to speak to the pricing department. Just got off the phone and they said they think these prices are accurate. With enough people calling maybe we get these prices up. Thanks.
