As long as the metal panels are manufactured by a company the warranties the painted finish or galvanized finish and the roof is installed per manufacturer's directions and per local and uniform building codes. Also a metal roofing services provider is required to install them. Metal panels should be fastened to the roof structural members according to the manufacturer and local codes using the right fasteners to prevent them from bring ripped from the roof during high winds and storms.
