I am dying to know what this lady is saying to her contractor. Must be pretty bad if she stood on a ladder in a dress.

She's probably saying
"Look at this hole here. Something is going to get in. Get back here and fix this. What if I sewed you a pair of pants and left a hole this big. Something would get out."
