Sense of Accomplishment

I was reading an article we are going to feature about a women that is going through the union to become a roofer. She said something about "being a part of something" and I thought about that.  Being a roofer probably provides a pretty good sense of accomplishment.  Building something (usually from something ugly) into something beautiful, beautiful for a roofer that is.  What other jobs can give you that?  If only more people would give it a try for the great job it could be.
