:( I just looked at this one and I almost gave a bid of $15K, not including the cost of scaffold, for the 3 square roof and realized I was off. I'm getting new numbers from my suppliers tomorrow to verify.
It's a fairly busy roof. I wonder how much exactimate includes for 'cut-up'?
You got that right OS. $120. per sheet of 3'x3' lead too.
I finally got enough material quotes to bid this thing. $26,K for the 4 square and I shouldn't lose my shirt.

I take it you are doing the dark one on the left?Yep. Slate 6 sided Dome, Slate the dormer too. 20+ sheets of lead. Lots of copper, LLC, and 28'BIG. I still haven't submitted the bid yet. $15K wouldn't get me minimum wage.

Scaffold? Just put you about 6 illegals up there with a single rope tied around the chimney, pay them $50 per square and you can pick up your check in a couple hours!
The small ones are the easiest to underbid. Only 3 sq. but set up and prep look like may take awhile.
