OLE Willie

This client had two other companies come out first before I got there. There was a stain on the ceiling directly below the window ledge that ran in a line about 8 feet long. They both informed him that the flashing needed replaced and quoted to do such.

I informed him that the window sill needed some holes drilled in it and then small screws drilled in to hold it tight against the other piece of wood and that it also needed caulked before and after doing that.

And that they could replace all the flashing they wanted but if this is not done the leak will continue.

The area below the ink pen let the water on the inside part of the bricks and down to the ceiling of his breakfast nook.

He hired on the spot and i fixed it in 15 minutes!
